RESIDENTIAL WATER RATES $5.00 per ESFC (minimum)
0-10,000 gallons $1.05 /1000 gallons
10,001-20,000 gallons $1.50 /1000 gallons
20,001-30,000 gallons $1.75 /1000 gallons
30,001+ gallons $2.00 /1000 gallons
RESIDENTIAL SEWER $5.00 per ESFC per month

FEES

Transfer Fee $55

  • If your bill is paid after the due date on bill, you will be subject to a late fee.
  • If a delinquent letter is issued due to delinquency, you may be subject to a delinquent letter fee.
  • If a delinquent tag is issued you may be subject to a delinquent tag fee.
  • If turned off for nonpayment, you will be subject to a reconnect fee and may be subject to an additional deposit.
