Inframark manages nearly 160 collection systems and more than 3,000 miles of network. We provide our clients with a level of service that includes a preventive maintenance approach that reduces overflows, environmental excursions, and customer complaints. We have fully staffed project crews and invest in highly specialized rolling stock including Vactor trucks, jet rodders, excavation equipment and a variety of flow monitoring equipment. As your collection system manager, Inframark will provide annually updated capital improvements plans that identify needed system repairs and highlight high-risk sections of the system.

If you need to drop a payment off at the office please utilize the payment drop box located outside of the payment lobby to drop off your check or money order payment. Payments dropped in the drop box between 7:30am and 5:00pm Monday – Friday will be credited the same day. Payments dropped after 5pm, Saturday and Sundays will be credited the next business day.
