Inframark operates nearly 4,000 miles of distribution system nationally. Our service offering includes the responsibility for active system management that includes leak detection, valve exercise programs, fire hydrant maintenance, system cleaning, repair and replacement, and line extension services. Our field crews are trained in the O&M of all appurtenant facilities including storage tanks, pumping stations, and hydropneumatic systems. In addition to the distribution system services we offer, meter reading, backflow inspection, and system repairs are included in our offering. Not only do we specialize in O&M of the distribution system, but we also can be a partner for compliance sampling such as bacteriological and lead and copper sampling. When coupled with a WTP operation contract, a client receives end-to-end service and has virtually a risk-free operation through partnering with expert operations.

If you need to drop a payment off at the office please utilize the payment drop box located outside of the payment lobby to drop off your check or money order payment. Payments dropped in the drop box between 7:30am and 5:00pm Monday – Friday will be credited the same day. Payments dropped after 5pm, Saturday and Sundays will be credited the next business day.
