Inframark Assumes Operations and Maintenance of Historic Alabama Water Treatment Plant
KATY, Texas – January 12, 2026 – Inframark, a leading provider of water and wastewater treatment and management services across the U.S., recently began a new partnership with the Chattahoochee Valley Water Supply District in Lanett, Alabama, to provide comprehensive operations and maintenance of its water treatment plant.
Lanett – situated on the Alabama-Georgia state line – is approximately 85 miles southwest of Atlanta and home to the second-oldest water treatment plant in the state of Alabama. The District supplies water to the residents of Lanett, the East Alabama Water and Fire District, and the Huguley Water Authority.
As part of the partnership, Inframark is optimizing the District’s chemical usage, developing capital improvement plans, modernizing maintenance and asset management, and enhancing regulatory reporting and communication.
