Please be advised cancellations must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance (Mon-Thurs).
Furthermore, your final bill will be generated within 30-60 days after the date of disconnection, and your deposit (if any on file) will go toward your final balance. If there are any monies remaining from a deposit balance, the proceeds will be processed into a refund check and sent to you in 6-8 weeks.
