Inframark–Slater Joint Venture Selected to Manage Fulton County Wastewater Operations

Fulton County Wastewater Partners brings decades of operational expertise and
a commitment to long-term community partnership

ALPHARETTA, Ga. – June 16, 2026 – Fulton County Wastewater Partners (FCWWP), a joint venture between wastewater operations experts Inframark and Slater Infrastructure Group, is pleased to announce its new partnership with Fulton County, Georgia.

The contract, totaling $150 million over the next five years, is expected to begin on September 1, 2026, with transition activities already underway. FCWWP will provide comprehensive operations and maintenance (O&M) services for three wastewater treatment facilities — the Big Creek and Little River Reclamation Facilities and the Johns Creek Environmental Campus — as well as 28 pump stations throughout the County’s North Fulton Service Area.

Through this partnership, the team will focus on optimizing system performance, preserving the long-term value of critical infrastructure assets, and supporting the County’s ongoing capital improvement efforts and broader community needs.

FCWWP’s approach emphasizes operational excellence, technology, cost control, and transparent collaboration with County leadership and the community. The onsite team will leverage a deep bench of technical experts across operations, asset management, maintenance, engineering, and digital and cybersecurity solutions to drive efficiencies and support long-term system reliability.

The project management team brings local and national expertise and a proven track record of delivering measurable results. This includes experience operating wastewater systems in Fulton County, and in many other communities throughout the state and across the country.

“Our goal is not simply to operate facilities, but rather to be a trusted, long-term partner to the County,” said Jeanne Simkins Hollis of Slater Infrastructure Group. “We believe strong communication and shared goals are essential to protecting the County’s infrastructure, supporting workforce development, and improving the quality of life for Fulton County residents. That’s our focus.”

“We are bringing a highly experienced team that understands the complexity of large treatment systems and the importance of maintaining them for the long term so communities can thrive well into the future,” added John Stallard, Senior Vice President at Inframark. “We have the right talent, capabilities, and commitment to be a reliable and innovative partner to Fulton County’s residents and businesses for years to come.”

“Fulton County is excited for the partnership with Fulton County Wastewater Partners to begin.  Fulton County has invested a significant amount of capital into these treatment facilities and supporting infrastructure over the past few years. We look forward to having them operated and maintained by FCWWP to serve the North Fulton area for many years to come,” commented David Clark, Director of Public Works for Fulton County.
