Inframark Begins Partnership with the Westchase Community Association in Tampa
KATY, Texas – August 6, 2025 –Inframark, an industry-leading community management company that also specializes in water and wastewater treatment services throughout the U.S., is pleased to announce its recent partnership with Westchase Community Association, a prestigious master-planned community located in the north Tampa area. Inframark will provide a full suite of community management services, including financial and operational oversight, architectural review coordination, resident engagement and vendor management. Inframark officially began full management services on July 1, 2025.
The Westchase Community has 3,514 homes across hundreds of acres of preserved land. The community offers extensive amenities, including a public golf club, two parks, two junior Olympic swimming pools, several tennis and pickleball courts, and two clubhouses. Thirty-three neighborhoods exist in Westchase, with one voting member per neighborhood and seven board members who work on behalf of the Community.
