Women of Inframark – Becky White

Rebecca (Becky) White is currently the Regional Administrative Manager for Inframark’s Operations and Maintenance division, South region. “I’ve had the privilege of wearing many hats throughout my career,” says Becky as she reflects on her journey in the industry, which began in 2012 at ESG Operations (which merged with Inframark in 2021). Since joining as an Office Manager at the Winder, Georgia project, Becky has embraced diverse responsibilities, culminating in her current position. In this role, she supports our regional vice presidents, project managers, and administration staff, contributing to the high level of service that Inframark delivers to its client partners. 

In her current capacity, Becky thrives on solving complex challenges and aligning corporate strategies with her departmental goals. “There’s immense reward and satisfaction in providing practical solutions that empower our teams to serve our clients, communities, and ultimately each other,” she shares. “Our efforts directly contribute to the success of our projects and the well-being of our local environments.” When asked about the driving force behind her dedication, Becky states, “Successfully delivering solutions locally empowers me to make a broader impact at the corporate level. It’s about more than just the tasks at hand; it’s about creating meaningful change and leaving a lasting positive influence.”
